Virgin Glitch Strands Passengers
According to ABC News, a crash of the check-in system at Virgin Blue has stranded thousands of passengers around the country.
According to Computerworld (http://www.computerworld.com.au/article/362175/virgin_blue_system_crash_causes_chaos/?eid=-255), the failrue was cause by a hardware failure at Navataire, an external supplier of its reservation and check-in system.
